Together we’ll experiement with lifestyle changes to determine what works best for you. I will encourage and empower you to set realistic goals that lead to sustainable change. I will support your transformation by holding you accountable to your commitments.
I am not a doctor, a nutritionist, a dietitian or a personal trainer. I am qualified to work in partnership with any of these experts to help you achieve your goals.

If you ansered "no" to any of these questions, Health Coaching is probably not for you at this point in your life. That’s OK. Come back when you are ready.
In order to experience the benefits of coaching, you’ll need to have some skin in the game. Your program will be tailor-made for you, so the frequency, duration and cost will be based on your goals, availability and budget.
In-person sessions are an option for those based in NYC. Virtual sessions are available to all.
